Fallout 3 and the New Year

The new year is upon us. A year that I predict will be better than this one, though only a bit. I'm being both positive and realistic.

I've always had a good balance of optimism and realism, despite the fact I accept pessimistic BBWs and reject realistic figures. On top of that, I tend to be annoyed when deviants make cool art instead of their specialty, expansion art. And here I am, one who specializes in cool stories attempting a mix of cool and expansion, blending them rather than flipping between them or sticking with just one. Isn't that just.....*rolleyes* There's just nothing I can say about that.

And so, I start the new year the same way I ending it: War. War Never Changes. The day after Christmas I spent my money and resources wisely. Screw the DS. I'm done. I'm still hanging onto the Phoenix Wright games until I finish them on my roommate's DS. By several smart moves, discounts, and sales, I came into possession of Fallout 3, Fable 2, Animal Crossing City Folk, Eternal Sonata, and Mass Effect (which I beat one time long ago when I rented it) at the cost of nothing other than my DS collection and $100.


I confess, I've only played Fallout 3 since I got those 5 games. The rumors weren't just jokes: it IS Elder Scrolls V. It is TOTALLY Oblivion! Get rid of the classes, make the plot post-apocalypse, give them guns, a heavily detailed and massive overworld, and the god tier VATS system, and that is all that sets Fallout 3 from Elder Scrolls IV. What the rumors often forget to mention is that this is a good thing.

I'd say more, but I'll close the Fallout 3 discussion with one thing: DA needs more Moira fanart fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Moira_B… . She's perfect for expansion oppurtunities and is hilariously eccentric.

I'll be having a bit more free time to submit stories soon, but not likely tonight. Two new projects are on the list, and they're at top importance after Azumanga Chapter 2. They'll be headed your way soon.
